The range

The following General Terms and Conditions determine the contractual relationship between Wool Line and purchaser who buys products via our web site/shop. The language of the contract is English.

The consumer/purchaser is considered any private individual who makes a purchase in Wool Line online shop and whose purchase is not attributed to their commercial activity. If otherwise, the terms and conditions do not apply.

Our offer

Offers on our web site are non – binding until the conclusion of the purchase. In accordance with Section 19 UStG, sales tax is not calculated in our prices.

Making a purchase from Wool Line

Online purchases on web site of Wool Line provide a safe environment that uses the latest security technology to protect all our customers from any harmful events. Wool Line encrypts all credit and debit card information and ensures that your transactions are private and protected while you are shopping with us. We only accept browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. It means you cannot accidentally place an order through an insecure connection.

It is important to mention that personal data you enter are secured and will be only used for internal processing of data. We care about your privacy and it is important to us that you feel safe while shopping with us. So, you can be sure that your data will not be sold to any other party.

We accept credit and debit card transactions for Maestro, Visa, and Mastercard.

Once the order is received you will be notified via email about all necessary details regarding the purchase.

Order procedure:

Conclusion of the purchase

By clicking on the „ Buy “button on our web site you do accept the offer that you have chosen, and you enter into a sales contract for the goods in your basket. The purchase is concluded through your order, on the one hand, and through our acceptance statement via email address (confirmation of the order), on the other hand.

You can add one or more products to the basket. During the order process, enter your information and choice regarding the payment method, delivery modalities, etc.

You will get a confirmation email that we have receiver your order (s).

You will receive an email about your purchase with all necessary details regarding it. All links needed for your reference you will receive in the bottom of the email.

You will be notified about the delivery details. If we have a product (s) in our warehouse you can expect your delivery from 3 to 5 days. Also, all products purchased on sale are already in our warehouse ready to be delivered to you from 4 up to 5 days.

Back orders

In the case the product you wish to purchase is out of the stock we will inform you about the time needed for the production. Wool Line needs 4 to 5 weeks for the product to be produced and delivered to your address. However, it normally takes no more than 3 to 4 weeks. We need this time to make the product since all Wool Line produced products are handmade and require detailed procedures to be followed.

You will have the option to cancel your order if you are not willing to wait.

Delivery

Wool Line products will be delivered directly to your door.

When entering the contact number and address for your delivery please be sure there will be someone available to receive your order. However, you will be able to send additional address and contact number via e – mail if you feel a need for it.

If we have the product you purchased in our warehouse, you can expect that it will be delivered to you from 3 to 5 days in Germany. Otherwise, you will receive email with detailed information.

For international orders additional time may be needed for international orders.

Due to the Corona virus situation, some additional delays may be possible.

In the case of any other issues with delivery and possible delays you will be notified.

You will also be notified about more details of delivery time of your order by our delivery partners.

As soon as we get notified about your incoming payment, the goods will be released for delivery.

Tracking your order

Delivery charges

We want to fulfill your expectations as much as possible, so all deliveries withing Germany are free of charge. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover international deliveries, so please find delivery details for other countries in the TABLE.

Return policy

You have the right to return your purchase that you made on our website within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier received (took possession of the product), without giving a reason for doing so. Wool Line gives you additional time of 16 days for your withdrawal. In total you have 30 days to try our product and to feel sure in your choice. Your body will have enough time and can get used to new natural bed environment.

To use the right to cancel your purchase, you need to contact us by sending a clear statement on info@wool-line.de or by filling up the form (Return Portal) on our web site. This must be done before the withdrawal period expires.

If you think you may need to return the product you purchased from Wool Line you should keep the original package of the product and in the case of return you are obliged to return in the original packaging as well as in undamaged condition.

Wool Line does not accept any liability for damage and defects resulting from improper use, operation, and storage, careless or improper care and maintenance of the products.

Exclusion from the right to return

The right to return does not apply if the products are bought for commercial use (hotels, hospitals etc.)

Consequences of withdrawal/ return

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will give you back all the payments we have received from you. However, delivery costs for returns we do not cover. You can also return the product to our warehouse directly, in person.

In the case we send you a product you have not ordered, something is missing in your order, or make any similar mistake then we will bear the cost of replacement or refund, and delivery for it.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date you notified us of the cancelation of this order.

Return of goods will be respected if you send the goods before the expiration of 14-day period from the date you notified us about your decision of return.

It will be paid immediately, and at the latest within fourteen days from the date when the product is returned to us or proven to be returned. We may refuse repayment until we return the goods or until you provide proof that you have returned it, whichever is earlier. For the repayment, we will use the same type of the payment that you have used initially for the original transaction, unless something else has been explicitly agreed with you.

Any loss of the value of the goods must be paid if the loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessarily to check the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods.

The right for return does not apply to orders for the supply of goods that has not been previously made. Also, customized products, products made upon the customer specific preferences, or that are clearly adopted to the consumer’s personal needs do not follow this return policy.

Warranty

In the case of a breakdown, a two – year warranty applies for all Wool Line products. Please feel free to contact us on info@wool-line.de for any malfunctions.

The warranty exists only if the products are used correctly.

The first six months are crucial for the maintenance and longevity of all Wool Line products. Please find all necessary details about the proper use of our products in the LINK. So, please be careful and conscious in this period and you can enjoy all comfort it provides for loner time.

If the problems appear in those six months of usage, usually it is because of improper use and inadequate adherence to instructions in the first 6 months due to the special natural characteristics of Wool Line products. However, we will in any case come to see the problem and try to fix it for you because your satisfaction is our greatest reward.

The warranty applies to production and material defects of the delivered product. The warranty does not cover any consequential damage caused by a defect. You are responsible to inform us about the noticed malfunction as soon as you recognize it.

This warranty does not apply to commercial use and is not transferable if the item is resold.

The warranty lasts from the day stated on the invoice exclusively for the person to whom the invoice is issued. In the event of resale, changes in the ownership of the products, Wool line is not responsible for such cases.

The same warranty also applies to products that are bought on sale.

The company holds the right firstly to try to fix the malfunction occurred in the product in a reasonable time. In the case it is not possible, then you have right to replace the product. And if there is no longer such product, and we do not produce it no longer, you will be refunded by the equivalent amount.

Wool Line does not take the responsibility if the zipper breaks down when using the mattress incorrectly, while turning the mattress carelessly, inserting the mattress into the linen, if it gets stuck and any similar situation regarding it. Also, woolen button failures and break – down of it is not covered under the warranty.

Slats under the mattress must be arranged as per the instructions. Also changing the position of the mattress matters a lot. So please read the detailed instructions on our web site in the section PRODUCT CARE. If you do not care about the mattress as it is instructed, in the case of malefactions Wool Line does not take the responsibility and the warranty does not apply.

Warranty also does not apply for the pillows if they are not shaken in the regular intervals, as instructed.

Please keep your electronic invoice carefully. It is obligatory to have it in the case you may need to use your right of warranty benefits.
